eAcademy AI Assistant – Terms of Use & Privacy Notice
1. About This Assistant
This AI assistant is provided to support users of the GÉANT e-Academy platform and it is powered by the use of artificial intelligence tools as Large Language Models and developed by Poznańskie Centrum Superkomputerowo-Sieciowe (PCSS).
2. AI Transparency & Limitations
The AI chatbot provides automatically generated responses based on training data and algorithms and it is co-developed by GÉANT and PCSS. It provides automated answers. Only IP addresses are processed for legal and security purposes. It does not offer legal, medical, or professional advice.
3. Ethical Use
You agree to use the assistant ethically and responsibly. Any misuse (e.g. attempts to extract personal data, prompt manipulation, offensive language) is prohibited and may result in access restriction.
4. Privacy Notice for AI Assistant
The AI chatbot does not collect or process personal data beyond what is technically necessary for functionality. Only IP addresses may be processed for security and legal compliance (e.g. abuse detection, fraud prevention). No profiling or tracking is conducted.
This assistant is provided by GÉANT and Poznańskie Centrum Superkomputerowo-Sieciowe (PCSS) as independent controllers.
We process your IP address solely for legal and security purposes, based on our legitimate interest in providing you with tailored responses regarding the eAcademy curriculum and Software Governance Academy courses. This interest does not override your rights or freedoms.
